Somos repetidores en el hotel,nos encanta todo: servicio, ubicación, trato del personal, instalaciones, restauración. He de decir que este año la limpieza ha sido bastante mala, he tenido que bajar 4 días a pedir toallas a recepción ya que no reponian las que dejábamos en el suelo, únicamente se llevaban las sucias y hacían la cama.Por lo demás todo perfecto. El año que viene volveremos.

Nos encantó el hotel y hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Nos sorprendió el buffet reforzado de nochevieja para muy bien. El personal en toda la estancia fue muy amable. El único punto negativo fue la limpieza. Nos encontramos calcetines de una estancia anterior, la limpieza de la habitación no era buena, y cuando hubo cambio de toallas (las dos veces) se olvidaron de reponerlas correctamente. La ultima vez no siquiera nos dejaron toallas de manos.

Hotel is great, not only due to its location (which is only 50 mts away from the chairlift Josep Serra Arinsal), but because the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay fabulous and super enjoyable. The reception staff were super helpful replying questions and booking ski passes and equipment prior to arrival. Both bar/restaurant staff such as Camila, Martin, Belen always had a smile and nothing would be too much to ask, they will make sure to sort your every need. Thank you so much to all of them for an amazing Christmas week stay, we had an amazing time. We will be back!
